• Unique Knowledge of Process Scale Operations: This extends from the design and validation of cGMP facilities through to the design of plant-scale solid phase reactors with concurrent installation and commissioning of process HPLC.
• Custom Production of Resins and Polymer Supports: Chromatide offers resins including the keiselguhr polyacrylamide composites that provide excellent resilience to automated synthesizers. We can also provide novel, cost-effective polyacrylamide-based supports for laboratory to process scale operations as well as unique polymer supports for the solid phase synthesis of peptides and oligonucleotides and for use in combinatorial chemistry.
• Custom Lyophilization: Chromatide provides a custom lyophilization facility including an inert atmosphere closure system.
